Friends of Oliver Magic Night
Join us on September 25th, 2025 from 5:30-8:30pm for an evening of food, drinks and magic with Ashton Ardenti from the Magic Castle in our continued support of Oliver and the DBA community. All proceeds go to DBA research.
The event will take place at Villa Sophia in Santa Monica. The address is 428 14th Street, Santa Monica, CA. Villa Sophia is a private rental space and we ask that guests use the side gate to the left (when facing the property). We kindly ask that guests do not use the front door.

Friends of Oliver Pickleball Party at Brentwood Country Club

Our supporters enjoyed a second round of drinks and dinks at Brentwood Country Club in this competitive but fun event! Both players and spectators alike got into the friendly competition, with the winning team claiming a “magical” night at Magic Castle! Our raffle was a hit as well, with special items donated by Kate Rose Fine Jewelry.
Friends Of Oliver at Penmar Trivia Night

Once again, FOO had an amazing turnout for our Trivia Night in conjunction with The Penmar in Venice. Our supporters enjoyed a taco bar while competing in a friendly game of trivia for a Penmar-themed prize. We were also able to raise money through a silent auction for incredible items including a Hollywood Bowl box, artwork, and autographed sports memorabilia.

Our second fundraiser was a big “hit” (pun intended), both in its success in raising funds for Cohen Children’s Hospital and the DBA Registry and for the pickleball competitors! Supporters enjoyed drinks and dinks and shopped the J.W. Pritchard pop-up, who donated 10% of proceeds to Friends of Oliver.

Our inaugural fundraiser was a huge success, raising over $80,000 for DBA research at Boston Children’s Hospital. Our supporters enjoyed a fun night of Topgolf gameplay with light bites and beverages and bid on amazing prizes from our LA community in our first ever FOO raffle. The night was an amazing show of support for Oliver and the entire DBA community.
